What is the return policy?
All sales are final, but our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your item, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on these items due to their vintage nature.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible with 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are all of the items in the shop vintage?
Yes! All of the items sold in this shop are vintage and antique. This means that there will be signs of age on most pieces, but all major flaws and any damage will be noted in item description.
Rarely, non vintage pieces will come to the shop, these will be noted in item description as well.
What shipping materials are used?
We are proud to ship ugly boxes. This means we use mostly recycled materials including clean backing and clean boxes to ship our items with some new materials such as bubble wrap.
Our goal is to deliver the items safely and sustainably.
